Brazilian pianist, accordionist and composer, Guilherme Ribeiro holds a master's degree in Musical Performance from university of Minas Gerais (UFMG) and a bachelor's degree in Popular Music from university of Campinas (UNICAMP).
Performed alongside many Brazilian artists and musicians like Paulo Moura, Raúl de Souza, Maurício Einhorn, Gabriel Grossi, Jamil Maluf / OER, Isaac Karabtchevsky / OSESP, Vanessa da Mata, Fabiana Cozza, Dominguinhos, João Donato, Mariana Aydar, Céu, Luiz Tatit, O Teatro Mágico, Bibi Ferreira, among others.
Attended at international festivals such as Montreal Jazz Festival in Canada, NorthSea Jazz Festival in the Netherlands, JVC Jazz Festival in France, Sfinks in Belgium, Coachella in the United States and South Africa Association for Jazz Education in South Africa.
Guilherme has four career albums: Calmaria [2010], Que se deseja rever [2012], A deep Surface [2013] released in Europe and the recent Tempo, released in 2015.
In the area of music education he teaches piano, accordion and jazz ensemble at Souza Lima School and EMESP Tom Jobim in São Paulo. Since 2012 he works as a teacher for Arcevia Jazz Feast in Italy.
